Equatorial Mining North America Inc.

Equatorial Mining North America, Inc was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Equatorial Mining Ltd., an ASX -listed mining company based in Sydney, Australia. EMNA operated the Mineral Park copper mine located in Arizona and developed the Tonopah copper mine located in Nevada. Mr. Quinn was a director of EMNA and acted as its U.S. counsel on transactional, corporate and environmental matters. After the Tonopah mine failed, Mr. Quinn formed and led a litigation team that obtained a $164 million verdict and a $101 million settlement against an international engineering and construction conglomerate for a negligently prepared feasibility study.
