Mercator Minerals is an Arizona-based copper and molybdenum mining company which financed and brought into production the Mineral Park mine located near Kingman, Arizona. The Mineral Park mine is a large-tonnage, long-life milling and SXEW operation. Mercator also owns a major fully-permitted copper project and an evaluation stage molybdenum project both located in Sonora, Mexico. Mr. Quinn served on the Special Committee (Chairman), Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee.
