The International Coalition of Intelligent Manufacturing (ICIM) is a non-government and non-profit international organization comprised of scientific and technological associations, companies, research institutions and colleges and universities. Li Peigen, President of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES), together with Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Society of Automotive Engineers of China (SAEC) and further associations initiated the foundation of ICIM in Beijing on May 8, 2019. ICIM actively promotes intelligent manufacturing in various countries and regions around the world.
