Business strategy to set up a distributor in the GCC on behalf of a German manufacturer. We helped to set up a distributor for the GCC region from scratch (legal, premisies, staff incl. GM, customer base) State-of-the-art warehouse (AC controlled & logistics) like a turn key project. Interim MD - became later also shareholder. Duration 4 years from the start.
