During my engagement, I conducted a cross-vertical AI “partner market assessment”, building a funnel-based partnership selection approach and mapping the current ecosystem to identify emerging and leading AI software vendors and infrastructure/hyper-scaler players for partnership and potential IP co-creation.

The outcome was a prioritized shortlist (“no regret” vs. “rising stars”) and a partner market map / partner selection recommendation, supported by deep-dive vendor rationales and a roadmap on how to engage and activate partnerships with NEXT LEVEL's internal salesforce team.
