Australian Startup expanding into North America

This company had a software product that had grown organically and they had just received funding for entry into the North AMerican market. They were poised for rapid expansion, but wanted a complete operatoinl review before they moved ahead. We completed a number of workshops to understand their current operations and challenges and identify where they need to implement additional change and structure to support rapid growth.
