This growing Belgian fintech scale-up develops a source-grounded AI agent that lets (listed) companies shape and control their own equity story, in their own words, across every channel used by investors and AI systems. Rather than leaving their narrative to be scraped, summarized, or misrepresented by third-party AI tools, companies deploy this platform as their own canonical, always-on spokesperson: grounded exclusively in company-approved data and disclosures, and available wherever the conversation happens.
The AI-agent is delivered across multiple channels: natively within the scale-up's own platform, as an embeddable widget on the client company's own IR website, and via a shareable link that can be distributed directly to analysts, shareholders, or media. At this moment they have live deployments in Austria, Germany and Belgium.

* Senior experience and network among IR-officers, CFOs, or Heads of Corporate Communications
* Relationships with national shareholder associations, issuer associations, or stock exchange bodies
* Experience navigating disclosure, corporate actions and governance requirements (SRD II, GDPR) in listed-company environments
In Financial Institutions:
* Senior experience and network within banks, asset managers, brokers, or market infrastructure providers
* Relationships with Heads of Corporate/Investment Banking, Digital Transformation leaders, or innovation/fintech partnership teams
* Experience navigating regulated buying cycles, vendor onboarding, and partnership structuring within financial institutions
* Insight into how financial institutions could distribute, white-label, or embed their platform
Cross-cutting expertise
* Strong understanding of investor relations, capital markets communication, or AI governance
* Track record of facilitating strategic introductions, pilots, or lighthouse deployments
* Ability to advise on positioning, credibility, and trust-building in conservative, relationship-driven markets
