A Spain-based international sports and entertainment company, founded by a Swedish entrepreneur, is developing a global professional team tennis tour featuring well-known former top players. Combining elite tennis, iconic destinations, premium hospitality, media exposure and strategic brand partnerships, the concept creates a distinctive platform connecting sport, business and entertainment. The ambition is to establish a long-term global sports property with recurring events across several continents, offering attractive opportunities for international sponsors, investors, commercial partners and audiences.

What they are looking for

The company seeks senior part-time advisors with strong experience and networks within international tennis, sports promotion, sponsorship and related industries. Advisors will support the founders and management by opening doors to investors, sponsors and strategic partners, arranging and participating in meetings, and assisting with financing and long-term sponsorship relationships. This is not a traditional sports-promotion consultancy assignment. Compensation will primarily be result-based, linked to successful outcomes. Advisors may also have the opportunity to invest in the company themselves, and the role could potentially develop into a Board position.
