Simon Peck

I’m an experienced operator and board-level advisor with a background in running and scaling technology businesses. I’ve worked directly for PE houses in hands-on leadership roles with responsibility for growth, integration, and overall performance.

What I bring to advisory and board roles is practical judgement shaped by execution, not theory. I’ve been accountable for P&L, led leadership teams through periods of change, managed acquisitions and post-deal integration, and supported founders and investors through growth, restructuring, and transition phases.
