Fernando G. Guerrero

Twenty years of Board experience in executive and non-executive roles, including twenty years as Chairman of Lucient/SolidQ, an international group of companies providing advanced consulting and training about the Microsoft Data Platform, bringing good corporate governance policies to the company, appointing non-executive independent Board members and advisors.

I also founded Nouss Intelligence, a startup out of the University of Alicante, specialized in Artificial Intelligence engines applied to business productivity, and served as their Executive Chairman since day one.
My Board experience also includes not-for-profit and trade organizations, such as the Instituto de Consejeros- Administradores (IC-A, the Spanish equivalent to the UK Institute of Directors) where I serve as non-executive Board member since 2017, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

I particularly enjoy working with technology, specially about Data, as well as digital transformation of organizations, based on decades of experience managing fully distributed remote organizations, with extensive usage of virtual work environments, while preserving and strengthening the corporate culture despite the physical distance.

I have extensive international experience, having lived for twelve years in countries around the world (Indonesia, Morocco, Bolivia, and the UK) followed by twenty years of managing an international organization with experts in over twenty countries, which required frequent travel as well as good language and intercultural skills.

I have an engineering degree and graduate degrees in Executive Management and Financial Management, as well as Diploma and Certificate in Good Corporate Governance from the IC-A. Since I firmly believe that learning is a lifetime commitment, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science.
