I bring over a decade of experience advising and shaping decisions at Board level across multilateral development banks and international organizations. As Advisor and Alternate Director on the Boards of the World Bank Group, the European Investment Bank, and the Council of Europe Development Bank, I contributed to strategic decisions on financing, ESG standards, accountability, integrity, procurement, and sectoral strategies in critical areas such as energy, mining, digital, and transport.

My background in the French Ministry of Economy and Finance further strengthened my expertise in governance, investment screening, and the protection of strategic assets, with a particular focus on regulated and high-stakes industries. I am skilled at bridging public and private interests, aligning financing strategies with sustainability goals, and guiding executives through complex institutional and regulatory environments.
