Over the course of my career, I have been working inside large companies and for the international services providers. During last 7 years, I have co-founded and grown Idea Port Riga, IT integrator offering services in CRM, BI, Application Integration and Custom development areas for the customers in Nordics, Latvia, Russia and the USA. Now Idea Port Riga employs 100+ consultants and reached 5 MEUR in revenues. Now I am leading the Micromiles, a start-up within Idea Port Riga. Launching the product is somewhat different, but very exciting game I am determined to master.
