I have worked in two board’s of medium sized (+20 million€) industrial companies where I have developed strategy concepts for services, processes as well as analyzed pricing, reviewed budget, P/L, and managed product lines and reconstructed the companies, as well as terminated product lines with low margins. I have also worked in boards and steering committees for executive education, large multi-company projects etc. Companies where I have worked with development of strategy and new service, solutions and process development include ABB, KONE, Metso Mining and Construction, Valtra, Volvo AB, Ruukki, Nokia, Scania, TeliaSonera, VTI-Technologies, Nordea Markets and Altia.
