What "no retainer" means on Boardio

Boardio Turnkey is a success-fee search, not a retainer engagement with Boardio.

  • No upfront Boardio fee to open the search
  • No monthly Boardio platform retainer for companies
  • One-time success fee only after you start working with an advisor Boardio found
  • Advisor compensation (equity, cash retainer with the advisor, or both) is agreed directly between you and the advisor. Boardio takes no cut of advisor pay.

Boardio is not free for companies. Companies pay Turnkey from €1,900 + VAT on success. Advisors join Boardio free. The company brief is free to submit.
