Advisors with capability to invest
Defence technology company seeking an advisor-investor with defence sector networks
About the company
This Nordic defence technology company specializes in advanced demining and mine-clearing solutions designed to improve safety, efficiency, and operational effectiveness in both military and humanitarian environments. The company combines engineering expertise, practical field experience, and innovative product development to address a growing global need for modern mine-clearance capabilities. With increasing international demand driven by geopolitical developments and reconstruction efforts, the company is well positioned for expansion across Europe and other strategically important markets.
What they are looking for
The company is seeking a combination of advisor and investor—a professional who can contribute both strategic expertise and capital. This is not a traditional advisory role; the preferred candidate is expected to actively support the company’s growth through a combination of industry knowledge, commercial guidance, relevant introductions, and direct investment participation.
The ideal advisor-investor has a strong network within the defence and demining sectors, particularly in Ukraine and other European markets where demand for mine-clearance solutions is growing rapidly. Experience from defence technology, military operations, engineering, manufacturing, or commercialization of comparable products is highly valued. Access to key decision-makers, procurement organizations, defence contractors, government stakeholders, and defence-tech investment networks is considered essential. The role includes supporting market entry, strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, customer acquisition, and long-term international expansion while participating as an investor in the company’s future development.
