What they are looking for
To accelerate their global and market expansion, they are looking for seasoned advisors who have experience in:
- Navigating complex regulatory frameworks (e.g. REACH, TSCA,…) across EU, USA, China, and other key markets for surfactants
- Advising on compliance strategies for bio-based and green chemistry products
- Understanding country-specific implications for product registration and market entry
- Connecting with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and strategic partners
The ideal advisor brings:
- A strong track record with leading global players such as Evonik, BASF, or similar
- Deep knowledge of international standards and sustainability-driven regulations
- Experience across multiple markets, including personal & home care, I&I, agrochemical, and related sectors
- Proven ability to provide insight into regulatory risk management, certification processes, and strategic alignment for global launches
- Hands-on experience in decision-making roles or managing regulatory affairs at a senior level
