My career can be split into halves. For 10 years, I was an operational consultant working for Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young Capgemini specialising in the field of Six Sigma, where I graduated to become a Master Six Sigma. I applied my skills across eight industries working across all levels of the hierarchy from CXO down to data clerks. I was headhunted to become a Trusted Advisor to the UK Board of Directors of T-Mobile (now EE) where I managed large scale operational projects across multiple functions and countries. Whilst at Cass Business School, completing my Executive MBA I was headhunted by a family office to become an Investment Director, where I managed the family%27s investment affairs (circa $100m) across multiple continents. My specialism was to reside on the Board as an observer and help the c-suite towards an exit. In 2014, I branched off to establish my first entrepreneurship project. Over the next six years, I was part of a team where I led the research, design and growth of a start-up tech business from a piece of paper to a company which spanned 4 continents and valued in excess of £200m in valuation. I raised £7.7m in investment funding and led the institutional round of £25m before COVID-19 hit. I have deep knowledge of what it%27s like working in a small room where founders huddle around one desk and a printer where the cartridge is running low to establishing a global business. I have also a decade of experience working for and advising Fortune 1000 companies. My network includes a global network of investors, which include angel investors, family offices, VC and PE funds. I have worked with tier 1 and tier 2 investment banks, law firms, accounting and tax advisory firms to structure investments, debt and growing an enterprise from inception through to an exit.
