My current role as CFO goes beyond traditional finance. I design and embed the link between strategy, operations, and financial performance—bringing clarity on where value is created, where it leaks, and how decisions should be structured.
In practice, this means strengthening commercial discipline, building scalable reporting and ERP-driven infrastructures, and installing governance and decision frameworks that reduce dependency on individuals.
