Wojciech Wygladala

I am a highly experienced former Accenture Managing Director and program manager with a proven track record of success in leading large and complex business and IT transformation programs in various European institutions covering the areas of banking (e.g., core banking system implementation), telecommunication and FMCG. I have a deep understanding of all aspects of program management, from shaping the business case and assessing the IT governance and process changes required, to managing program execution and monitoring its deployment.

I have a particular expertise in leading Post-Merger Integration (PMI) programs in Financial Services, and I have played a key role in building Accenture%27s PMI consulting practice in Poland. I have also held senior roles in Accenture%27s Application Outsourcing (Poland and Russia) and Technology - Financial Services practices (lead for Poland), where I have been responsible for strategy, architecting, selling and deploying business and IT transformation projects, as well as leading teams of consultants and engineers.

In addition to my program management experience, I have also held a series of IT project management roles in the snackfood, food and petcare industry (UK, France, Germany, Benelux), and I have worked on a variety of consulting and system integration projects in financial services and telecommunication in Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Kuwait and Russia.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong C-level executive relationships, and I have a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver complex programs on time and within budget. I am also an accomplished researcher and have published papers in the area of distributed systems and concurrent programming languages.

I am fluent in English and have a good command of French and Russian. I hold a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University
