I help small businesses and start-ups scale up their sales activities. In doing so, I draw on my experience as a successful entrepreneur and my knowledge of one of the world’s best sales methodologies. Furthermore, in my day-to-day work, I help to sustainably improve the sales results of B2B sales teams, and I have served as a mentor at two start-up accelerators.

One example is a new entrant / disruptor in the logistics sector. They wanted to challenge the established market leaders with new innovations. I coached and trained them in a sales methodology that helps them scale up their sales team more quickly and which enabled them to significantly improve their conversion rate from lead to deal. As a result, they have managed to win over several major clients from the market leaders.
