Wendy Morée is a tech founder, fractional commercial leader, and board advisor with over twenty years of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across global technology markets. She is the CEO and founder of Moreequality BV, TechTogether.ai, and Sapphire League, where she helps leaders and organizations navigate technological and generational change.

Moreequality BV is a partner for fractional Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer leadership, advisory board work, keynote speaking, and mentorship, helping organizations turn strategy into action and innovation into commercial results.

Earlier in her career, Wendy held several leadership roles at Salesforce, culminating in Regional Vice President for Northern Europe, where she led Revenue Cloud and Platform initiatives across the region and helped US based partners scale their go to market into EMEA. She built her track record on measurable commercial results and high performing, resilient sales teams, a foundation she now brings to the boards and companies she works with.

At TechTogether.ai, she leads hands on AI training that helps organizations build real, usable AI capability, without the overhead of a full time hire. As founder of Sapphire League, she connects women at Director level and above through verified, in person meetups worldwide.

Wendy currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Frankly Solutions and as fractional GTM and Commercial Advisor to Enliven Empathy, and acts as Ambassador for Network C CIO Top Netherlands. She was named a NBC 2024 Top 30 Global Women Leader, ranks among the Top 3 Female Sales Influencers in the Netherlands, and #21 in Technology & Innovation on LinkedIn in the Netherlands, placing her among the top 28 percent of creators worldwide.

A commercial hunter, network architect, and HyperConnector, Wendy combines strategic vision with hands on execution across AI, IoT, digital transformation, and go to market strategy, helping organizations seize opportunities and navigate disruption with confidence.

Outside of work, Wendy is a dressage rider and a solo, full time mother to her daughter, who keeps her sharp and occasionally teaches her a thing or two about Roblox.
