How many commercial decisions are made with human messiness rather than what is commercially sound? As someone that can see both sides, I harness my expertise in partnerships, human behaviour, and commercialisation to help leaders and teams provide perspective so they can make decisions on what is best for the company (especially the culture).

My experience across different sectors from ​scale-ups, startups, multi-nationals, small businesses, government, corporate, not for profit ​within Australia, UK and Middle East, has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge in people strategy and complex commercial challenges.
