Vincent Gimenez

To date, I have been a financial advisor or an investment principal on an extensive range of corporate finance and private equity transactions. This work has primarily focused on M&A, capital raises, financings, distressed investments, restructurings, optimisation of asset portfolios or new ventures.

Further to my transactional focus, I have also fulfilled many of the board director functions. As a board adviser or observer, I have advised many organisations and boards of directors on corporate development projects, including inorganic growth or shareholders’ exit options. More recently, I have also provided consulting services to the Founder of a charity focused on alleviating the effects of poverty in Leicestershire. My involvement was there to help define a targeted fund-raising strategy and optimise its governance and the composition of the board of directors.

Lastly, I believe I have the interpersonal attributes and gravitas to represent organisations. For instance, I have regularly been my employers’ sole senior representative when leading the origination and execution of key projects. In addition, I have always put the emphasis on developing and nurturing long-term relationships with all involved stakeholders, with a view to achieving common goals.
I am used to working in large and small organisations. I can lead projects in a matrix environment at established platforms. I can also happily demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset in a smaller team or faster-growing organisation.
