Ville Uimonen

I have worked in past 12 years in many R&D projects as a manager position. At the moment, I am working as a Head of Development in Lahti Region Development LADEC Ltd. My core competencies are internationalization, R&D, and business growth financing opportunities.

I%27ve made co-operation in Finland with several development companies and educational institutions (colleges, universities). I do have strong support network from the public sector and good expertise in matters of research and development. I know the network with different possibilities and related partners with developing business.

I have over 10 years working experience from the construction industry and good technical knowledge about the equipment, products and automation technology that is used at the building sector. Automation technology I have studied also with my bachelor’s training. Now my highest education degree is the Master of Engineering (MEng).

I believe that SMEs and companies operating in some kind of manufacturing industry would benefit the most from my skills and networks.
