Digitalization, the climate change and the global economic uncertainty drives the change in the world faster than ever in the world´s history. This will create business opportunities but also threats and risks that need to be considered and mitigated. Even the change as such is not always a positive it drives me to turn it to that direction. Leadership, driving the business results, strategy work and legal & regulatory issues have been in my interests and focus during my career over two decades. I get excited about energized people, teams and challenges where I can learn new, drive the results and share what I have learnt.
