I have a unique combination of strategy, business development, M&A, finance and legal to act in executive and advisor positions. I have worked +10 years in executive positions in major Finnish companies as CFO and EVP (Corporate Planning) of Elisa plc and SVP (Corporate Planning) and Chief Legal Counsel of Valio ltd, and + 10 years as Managing Director, M&A -partner and attorney. Currently working as Chair in several international companies, like MaaS Global, Virta and Foamit Group as well as in various advisor positions.
