My background combines more than a decade of experience in the real estate and infrastructure sector, where I held C-level roles including COO and managing partner, with expertise in organizational development and conflict mediation. I’ve worked with companies ranging from early growth ventures to large-scale organizations and projects involving partners such as Porsche, BASF, BMW, Bayerischer Hausbau, UBS and others.
