Operational Industrial Leader and Board Chair with Experience in Growth, Technology and Energy Infrastructure

I am an operational and strategic leader with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, organisational development and supplying the energy and infrastructure sectors. In my current role, I am responsible for several production facilities and a project-based foundation installation division, with overall responsibility for personnel, HSE, capacity, productivity, quality, on-time delivery and profitability.

I have particular experience in developing and improving manufacturing operations, building scalable processes and translating high-level objectives into measurable results. This includes automation, the establishment and commissioning of new production lines, capacity management, continuous improvement, and the use of performance indicators such as OEE, OTD and contribution margin.

Through working with grid operators, industrial customers and international markets, I have developed a strong understanding of business development, customer needs, contracts and commercial decision-making. I particularly enjoy working at the intersection of operations, technology and the market—where technical opportunities must be converted into competitive advantage and profitable growth.

I have two years of experience as a board member of a company that develops and supplies technology solutions for parking and tolling. I currently serve as Chair of the Board. This has given me practical experience in corporate governance, strategy, financial oversight, risk assessment, and the interaction between the board, executive management and shareholders.

As a board member, I bring a practical, analytical and decision-oriented perspective. I ask clear and constructive questions, quickly understand complex issues, and firmly believe that strategy must be translated into concrete priorities and effective execution throughout the organisation.

On a personal level, I am 41 years old and a father of three. I have a strong connection to the sea and feel most at home near it—whether I am in it, on it or beneath it. To me, the sea represents freedom, adventure and respect for the forces of nature, and it is an important source of energy and perspective in my everyday life.
