I%27m a co-founder and CEO of Taktikal, a B2B SaaS company building digital onboarding, eSignature, and identity-verification infrastructure for regulated industries. Since 2017 I%27ve scaled it from an Iceland base into a multi-market Nordic product — expanding across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, integrating BankID, MitID, and Audkenni, and navigating different distinct regulatory environments.
Along the way I%27ve raised venture capital, secured non-dilutive grant funding, designed our pricing and packaging, built the team, and grown Taktikal into a cash-flow-positive SaaS business.
Before founding Taktikal I Led the digital channels, online and mobile banking at one of Iceland%27s largest retail banks for 7 years. Giving me a first hand experience on how financial institutions work when it comes to innovation.
I%27m a certified mentor through MIT%27s Venture Mentoring Service where I mentor early-stage founders at KLAK – Icelandic Startups. As a mentor and advisor I%27ve worked with founders across a range of sectors, including AI-driven, compliance (RegTech), legaltech, and physical mobility startups, to name a few — most of which have gone on to secure funding and are now fully operational.
As an advisor and a certified board member I%27d bring hands-on experience scaling a lean product team, product development, and sharpening go-to-market.
