As founder of Šulista Consulting, I have built one of the most recognized career consultancies in pharma and supply chain, advising 500+ professionals through complex transitions. This gives me a rare perspective: I understand not only how organizations operate at the top, but also how talent decisions, leadership gaps, and cultural misalignment affect performance from the inside.
