Toni Rantanen

As my background I am an entrepreneur. I have launched an IT service business (Triuvare Oy) from zero and increased it to 9 M€ and 50 persons size. I have also experience of internationalization since Triuvare launched subsidiary in Poland (Triuvare Sp. z o.o.). Triuvare was acquired by Frendy in 10/2022 and we merged into Frendy at 09/2023. Starting from 09/2023 I have been working as Sales Director in Frendy being member of management team.

I have also worked as Chair of the Board at Mesimarjasi Oy from 08/2019. Back then the revenue of the company was 0,16 M€ and nowadays (09/2023) the group%27s revenue is about 4 M€.

I know the stages of growth as I have experienced those on operational and strategical level.

I have also worked as Chair of the Board in Future Board ry which is a network of young board professionals with about hundred members. We create and share the future’s board know-how and grow young professionals to the boards of organizations.
