Tom Weckström

Hi! My mission is to help entrepreneurs innovate a better world. My 20+ years of experience in delivering value to various customer segments in six tech startups & two listed software companies are at your service. I%27m a humanist by heart, and an engineer by education.

I%27ve worked on management team level for 15 years and my experience spans P&L responsibility on product management, R&D, customer service, HR, project delivery business, IT, and security. I%27ve also worked in the board of directors in three companies for over 4 years.

Since 2016 Q4 I%27ve worked as a solopreneur through my strategic advisory company Balandor, helping both young and mature small and medium sized companies as a strategic advisor and board member.

You will meet a life-long learner in me. I%27ve learned a lot and I want to learn a lot more. I believe in team work and growth mindset. Organizations that are able to learn and adapt the fastest are the winners today and in the future.

My areas of interest are: enabling strategic innovations and turning them into profitable businesses, finding growth and product-market fit with lean experiments (Lean Startup and growth hacking methods), strategy creation and linking it to operative activities, improving sales by systematic productisation, data-driven business, design-thinking, customer experience, customer journey, and customer personas.
