I bring 25+ years of experience across engineering, R&D, product development, robotics, and executive leadership. I am a former Honda R&D General Manager and currently serve as President & CEO of a U.S. subsidiary of a Japanese corporation, where I led a successful business turnaround.

I also have startup experience as a CTO and advisor, supporting product strategy, commercialization, and market entry. I can help founders navigate Japanese companies, including decision-making, internal alignment, approval processes, and partnership development. Where appropriate, I may also help facilitate introductions to relevant Japanese companies and contacts.
