I%27ve been building digital businesses and highly efficient operations for over 20 years, both for big companies and for three startups as a co-founder. Two of them have been acquired, third is in the works.

For early-stage companies, my best help is with product strategy and GTM planning. For growing companies, I am best at helping to make great decisions in building highly efficient and scalable operations using the least amount of code.

I have personally made plenty of mistakes in hiring the wrong people and deciding to invest in the wrong things, and I have grown through those mistakes. I am very excited to help other entrepreneurs to hopefully make a little less of those mistakes, and succeed faster!
