Creating something new and clever is my enthusiasm. I am full of ideas and capable of creating and developing business based on out of the box thinking. I have worked almost ten year as development director in different business areas. It has included leading business, process and product development entities around the world and different field of industry. Anyway, I have learned that everything is dependent on the team and it’s motivation and synergy. That is why I am focusing people even developing technical issues and business. Profit and feeling are walking together.
As a developer I have improved the infrastructure and increase earnings and sales of a multi-company corporation. In personnel training and management I built trusting relationships to help formulate and conduct projects in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner. One of my key abilities is listening to people, customers needs and offering solutions that generate win-win results. I am team player and natural leader with a tolerance for environmental change and stability under pressure.
Where is the goal? I am there with the ball together with my team celebrating the success we have achieved.
At the moment I am running few companies as a Chairman of the Board. Additionally working as CEO and sales related tasks in some IT companies. I am also working as an consultant for the complex ERP-system and business development cases in different companies.
Technical and economical green solutions and different smart systems (and IoT) are close to my heart. ERP systems, procurement and business processes are close my heart.
