In brief, I am an international M&A specialist with over 15 years experience in board work, both as a member and a chairman. My focus as a board member is in the development of the sales and leadership of the businesses. As a legal advisor I am the deal maker and in tough places the one who can find ways out. Whatever the business, there are three goals to find: growth, profitability and internationalization.
