During my professional career of 20+ years, I have gained extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, banking, investment management, investor relations, capital markets, private equity, business strategy, and financial planning.
I have worked and advised on numerous M&A, merchant banking, and private equity transactions and projects in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, IT, e-commerce, online media, biotech, oil & gas, power grids, district heating utilities, telecommunications, and others, have worked on several IPOs in the utilities, telecommunication, and transport sectors.
I have diverse experience and education in corporate governance matters, having worked on boards of IT, fintech, as well as public and NGO institutions.
I would be looking forward to advising or serving on boards of companies that are in the process of growth and expansion or require raising growth capital or are in the process of growing via acquisitions for vertical or horizontal consolidation or are preparing for IPOs or founder /shareholder exits.
I am comfortable working with most industries. My preference lies with services, IT, tech, and online-based businesses, where I have developed my newest competencies.
