What makes me a good advisor and board member is that I help companies design social impact into what they do, measure it rigorously, and capitalize from it, applying that differently depending on where a company sits and what its board already covers.

Whether it%27s a traditional for-profit company moving beyond CSR and ESG compliance, a social purpose or hybrid business or a social enterprise, my contribution is experience in strategy, impact measurement, and fundraising, designing the mechanisms that connect impact investors, public funders, and philanthropy, and strengthening how impact gets designed, measured, and reported along the way.

I bring board-level governance experience and a decade in social innovation, designing and negotiating outcomes-based and blended-finance mechanisms, applied research, and MEAL frameworks across Europe and Latin America.
