Timo Lappi

I have a ten year successful track record in building fast growing professional services companies.

I am one of the main shareholders in Fondia Oy (www.fondia.fi), a fast growing legal services company employing 100+ employees in 3 countries. Earlier, I was responsible for the operative management as the CEO, and currently act as a Legal Counsel.

I co-founded Heltti Oy (www.heltti.fi), a fast growing occupational health care and wellbeing services company in 2013, and act as the CEO. Already now, Heltti provides continuous services to 200+ companies with a team of 20 health care experts. Our target is to provide wellbeing for 500,000 people.

My other interest companies include Hellon Oy (www.hellon.com), Invesdor Oy (www.invesdor.com), JAM Advisors Oy (www.jamadvisors.fi) and Administer Oy (www.administer.fi), where i serve as a Board Member/Chairman.

I am a Partner at Boardman Oy (www.boardman.fi) and a former Chairman of the Boardman 2020 Network (www.boardman2020.com).
