Been working with 150+ companies in past 20 years as a consultant, coach and advisor. These include for example Kone, YIT, Telia, Solita, ABB, Idean, Next Games, Critical Force, Yle, Alma Media, MTV3, Rabbit Films, Asiakastieto, Roschier, Krogerus, HOK-Elanto, Metsä Group, VR, Finrail, Sulake, Satama Interactive and many startups / growth companies.
I have Founded or co-founded three pretty good consultancy-/training companies that are still going strong: Milestone Coaching & Consulting (2002), Muutostoimisto Flow (2008 same week that the great bank crisis started) and Renesans Consulting (2013). Now in 2021 jumped into an independency; am a free change and development craftsman with outstanding network to be used in projects. My new company is named %22Hyvän Konsultti Oy%22, meaning %22Consultant for Good%22.
I want to create value for companies that aim for Good. Help companies that have something to do with a better future; environment, climate, society, well-being.
My experience is in general advisory of the CEO/leadership team, and especially in strategy, change, growth, customer experience, leadership and company culture.
