My expertise spans governance, strategy, M&A, and digital transformation, with a track record of scaling businesses to $350M+, leading joint ventures, and driving sustainable, profitable growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

As founder of Iqnaya Investment, I am actively engaged in acquiring and scaling SMEs, giving me practical insight into value creation, capital structuring, and integration. I also serve as Board Advisor to Elevation Carbon, a technology start-up in sustainable building design, where I guide strategic growth and positioning.
