Automotive executive with 25+ years of experience across Europe, China and North America, specializing in Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, OEM business development, Body-in-White, structural and exterior components, seating and interior systems, comfort systems, as well as EV and battery technologies.

I bring an extensive network and long-standing relationships across the European automotive ecosystem, including OEMs such as Volkswagen Group, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, JLR, Renault and Stellantis, as well as major Tier-1 suppliers.

I support international and particularly Asian suppliers seeking to enter or expand in the European market – from market positioning and OEM access to RFQ and nomination strategy, commercial organization, localization and profitable growth.

Beyond market entry and business development, I advise management teams, shareholders and investors on commercial transformation, restructuring, performance improvement and growth, drawing on hands-on General Management and P&L leadership experience.
