Thomas Prommer

Thomas Prommer is Advisor to the Board at adidas and was Global SVP Engineering there from 2019 to 2025, responsible for the technical platform behind an $11B direct-to-consumer e-commerce business in 40+ markets, a $500M+ IT budget and teams of 3,000+. He has been executive advisor and digital transformation consultant to Nike, McDonald%27s, Morgan Stanley, adidas and Bain Capital, held CTO and CIO roles at Moment and sweetgreen, and was President of Technology Strategy at Huge. He advises Series A and later companies, and PE-backed businesses, on D2C platforms at scale, marketing communication across many markets, scaling engineering organisations and AI adoption.
