I want to inspire and to get inspired. I want to learn something new every day, and being a member of a CEO network gives me the privilege to consult and discuss complex situations with skilled leaders. Balancing efficiency, automation, and digitalization, while securing a high level of multi-channel sustainability (as we do within SSAB Fossil Free), gives me that type of inspiration.

Working as a CEO, a member or a chairman at a supervisory board, or being a servant leader of highly skilled teams, has given me valuable insights on business challenges on all levels – not at least challenges closely experienced by the employees. We work hard to foresee the future, but life happens to all of us and with the right set of tools and experience, we can implement successful strategies and secure Best Practice even in tough times.

I am positive to new opportunities; I enjoy viewing situations from different angles and I consider it to be of outmost importance to surround myself with skills complementing my own. Give me a challenge and together, we will succeed.

• I lead a company/division, transforming into being digitally competitive, balancing old structures and new efficient lean possibilities, in a sustainable way

• I advise and mentor a Junior CEO and I am open to an additional supervisory board mission

• As a leader, I am stable, calm and engaging to my team, helping them to develop together as well as individuals

• I am confident in decision-making and make sure goals are achieved, deadlines kept, and workload is balanced within the team.

• I strive to create harmony, respect for each other based on honesty and transparency and, as a result, a very efficient- and positive company with low sick leave frequency
