I am a Transformation Executive with nearly 30 years of international experience in large mid-market companies.

My focus is on building, restructuring, and revitalizing organizations, business units, and large-scale projects, particularly during phases of growth, international expansion, M&A, or restructuring.

I help companies develop strategies and successfully implement them within complex organizations and programs. In doing so, I identify patterns in challenging situations and realign organizations strategically, structurally, and culturally.

I maintain a consistently client- and business-oriented approach and analyze early on how technological innovations impact business models, markets, and competitive positions.

As an active advisory board member for several years, I primarily serve as a strategic sparring partner for management teams—for example, in areas such as service portfolios, sales, proposal development, and delivery.

My strength lies in providing organizations with clear direction, establishing appropriate governance, and restoring measurable growth, particularly in challenging situations such as transformations, recessions, M&A, or large-scale programs.
