I am internationally experienced quality and operations development manager with strong focus on business process improvements and value creation. My 15+ years of experience stems from versatile quality and development roles in R&D SW development and Strategic Sourcing.
My special areas in Sourcing business domain have been the purchasing compliance requirements for both direct and indirect sourcing and orchestrating the framework for supplier life cycle management. I have gained broad international experience when working closely with suppliers and conducting business, quality and sustainability focused assessments as well as supporting suppliers throughout the development process. In addition to improving suppliers’ capability and performance the assessments served also the building of the valuable business relationship and alignment with suppliers.
In general I have wide knowledge of leading and managing project quality, developing and improving business and operational processes, modeling processes, developing tools & systems with IT, leading continuous improvement projects and conducting audits.
I am business-minded quality manager from head to toe i.e. I challenge the status quo and initiate changes how business process performance could be improved to contribute business goals and targets. It’s important to me that my work makes the impact and is recognized by stakeholders. I am at my best when working in a dynamic environment where constant changes challenge me to adapt fast, re-evaluate priorities and deliver the value accordingly.
I am energized team player and I enjoy running workshops where new ideas get explored and targets get achieved together. I have also been regarded as an inspirational trainer when conducting capability and process trainings. I am a result-oriented doer and efficient organizer. My execution power has often been acknowledged and appreciated.
On my free time I practice a lot of sports and also instruct and coach fitness group classes. I relax and recharge myself with reading emotional intelligence and self-development type of literature.
