Teemu is a business leader with over 15 years of international hands-on experience in business development, company operations, marketing and strategic partnerships in B2B and consumer businesses, in both multinational corporations and start-ups. He has also been Managing Director for two companies. Teemu has been leading teams and businesses across Europe, APAC and Americas while living in the UK, Singapore and Finland.

Here are a few examples of my recent achievements:

✓ Led rapid growth in a Cloud business by focusing on a systematic and profitable business development, marketing and partnerships in enterprise and service provider market, working in close collaboration with sales teams. This resulted in winning 30 major deals and exceeding a 20 million USD revenue target.

✓ Built value-adding partner ecosystems of 300+ Fintech, Mobile, and Enterprise solutions companies for two global technology companies. This was accomplished by setting up international business development and marketing functions, and systematically building a target pipeline, and negotiating deals.

✓ I turned a cloud software company’s declining sales into growth and improved its profitability by developing a systematic sales and business operations processes, increasing lead generation via targeted B2B marketing and partnerships, and cut costs through a restructuring. This resulted in growing sales, improved quality of sales pipeline, 110% growth in leads YoY, and 20% decrease in the cost base.

✓ Led solution planning, company operations and go-to-market for tokenised securities offering and cryptocurrency exchange platform at a Blockchain and token sale company. Created and maintained roadmaps, orchestrated the launch of the new services, and built a solid pipeline of new customers.
