Before starting my own business, I worked first as a shop manager at Telia Mobile Ltd., and then also as a customer service supervisor at TeliaSonera Ltd. for few years. During my studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä (where I attained a BBA), I started my own marketing company with few friends. After a being a entrepreneur for five years, my company merged with Aava & Bang. Besides my expertise in growth marketing, I%27m also a board member of Aava & Bang. The company now employs 17 people and has a turnover of 1.8 million euros (as of last year). This makes Aava & Bang presently the biggest marketing agency in Central Finland. I have about 14 years experience in marketing, growth and entrepreneuship. Besides my company i am active in FIBan (Finnish Business Angel Network), VIP-member of Boardman 2020, co-founder of EO Nordics (Entrepreneurs%27 Organization) and work as a advisor in few companies.
