I am a highly motivated and goal-driven leader with a strong track record of turning opportunities into measurable success and driving profitable growth. I have served on boards in companies where I have been a shareholder and/or CEO—sometimes holding multiple roles simultaneously. This has given me a holistic understanding of board work from both the owner’s and executive management’s perspectives.
As a CEO, I have learned to value clear, strategic, and constructive board governance. I understand firsthand what kind of board creates real impact: one that challenges, supports, and helps sharpen strategic direction while keeping focus on long-term value creation.
To further strengthen my governance expertise, I am completing the HHJ (Certified Board Member) program.
