I am an international management professional and board member with over 30 years of experience in comprehensive business management, strategic development, sales leadership, and M&A projects. I am an active and engaging team player as well as a decisive decision-maker who values customer orientation and responsibility. I am also a certified board member and chairperson. My core competencies include leadership, strategic planning, operational efficiency and profitability, growth management, project management, and M&A projects.
While the majority of my experience comes from international and large corporations, I have also applied my expertise to small and medium-sized enterprises. For nearly the past decade, I have worked with smaller domestic companies, helping them develop their business in challenging environments.
Since I define myself primarily as a change leader, I believe that my expertise and experience would bring the most added value to a company facing challenges in its business operations, requiring additional expertise in B2B sales management, or planning mergers and acquisitions.
